The scope of each project will vary depending on your needs and business goals. Listed below are the essentials of a custom website package. A detailed custom proposal based on your unique project will be sent after our discovery call.

Take the time to explore my website, my social media, my portfolio to see if you resonate with my style and vision. If so, feel free to book a discovery call here. We’ll meet online to chat about your website goals, challenges and dreams for this project. Based on our conversation, I will send you a custom proposal for our collaboration. A 30% deposit will be required to book your website project in my calendar.
Strategy | Setting the foundations
Our first mission will be to establish a solid and intentional Website Strategy. You will receive an in-depth questionnaire and over a 90-minute session, we’ll explore your business goals and your audience needs and come up with a website solution that encompasses both. We’ll also map out your audience journey and establish a primary website structure (site map) for your website. The Website Strategy will give you a solid foundation to complete your website copy and gather all your website elements (imagery, video, shop details, etc.).
Design and development | Building your online home
With our Website Strategy in hand, I will start designing and building your website in Squarespace, always considering your user’s journey, accessibility standards and responsiveness on all devices. Every single detail will be reviewed and tested, and I will ensure that all the design & technical stuff are working hand in hand.
Launch and celebrate
Once we have tested everything and you are ready to launch, we’ll make your website live. You will receive a series of video tutorials to manage your website independently and you’ll have access to me for 01 month for support and adjustments.

I create websites exclusively on Squarespace! Why? The first reason is that it is approachable and flexible enough for me to create the designs I want and for you to take ownership of your own website once launched. They also have great customer service and provide an all-in-one solution (website, domain name, newsletter…). I also recommend using Squarespace for small conscious businesses who are starting their online shop to sell their product or services. If you need a Shopify website, I can provide a list of recommended designers.

Depending on your project scope, it can take between 2 to 12 weeks. Please feel free to book a discovery call to better assess your website project scope and timeline.

To start a custom website process, I highly recommend having a solid brand foundation (Strategy & Visuals) as well professional photography (headshots, products or lifestyle).
Please let me know if you need referrals for brand designers and/or for photographers. I will be more than happy to provide you with a list of trustworthy and talented creatives.
